Refund policy

Made to order
Most LaoBuilt pieces, including all hoodies and all-over print items, are printed and sewn to order just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size on made-to-order items. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering, and message us if you're unsure. We're happy to help you pick a size.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

In-stock items (Vientiane pickup and local delivery)
Items fulfilled from our Vientiane location can be returned within 30 days of receipt if unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us first to start a return. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason, as required by law. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Not returnable
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned, except where required by law.
