COD & Pickup FAQ

(For Customers in Laos)

1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Laos?

     Yes!  We now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders fulfilled from our Vientiane  
     warehouse. This means you can shop online and pay in cash when the product is 
     delivered to your door.

2. Where is COD available?

     COD is currently available within Vientiane and some region in Laos only.
     If you're located outside of Vientiane or Laos, we recommend contacting us before
     placing your order so we can assist with other payment or delivery options.

3. How does COD work?

     Choose your items and proceed to checkout

     At the Payment Method step, select:
     👉 “Cash on Delivery (Vientiane only)”

     After you place your order, our team will contact you to confirm delivery time

     Our driver will deliver the product and collect cash payment at your location

      💡 Please prepare the exact amount for a smooth transaction.

4. Is there any extra fee for COD?

      No extra fee for COD within Vientiane.

5. Can I pick up my order in person?

     Yes – Pickup is available!

     If you'd like to pick up your order at our Vientiane location, just choose
     👉 “Local Pickup – Vientiane” during checkout.

6. Where is the pickup location?

     📍 LaoBuilt Pickup Point:

     🕒 Pickup Hours:

Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a pickup confirmation message.

7. Can I order from outside Vientiane?

     Yes, but Cash on Delivery and Pickup are only available in Vientiane at this time.
     If you're located elsewhere in Laos or abroad, please place your order and choose     
     standard shipping or contact us for support.
